በጎ ሥራ የሕይወት ስንቅ ነው ይላል የቀድሞ የኢትዮጵያ በሔራዊ እግር ኳስ ተጫዋች እና የአጋር መስራች ፍስሃ ወልደ አማኑኤል። ፍስሃ ኑሮው አሜሪካ አገር ካሊፎርንያ ከሎስ አንጀለስ ከተማ ወጣ ብሎ ካርሰን ከተማ ነው።
በእግር ኳሱ አለም ፍስሃ ለኢትዮጵያ በሔራዊ ቡድን ተሰልፎ በ5ኛ በ6ኛ እና በ7ኛ አፍሪካ ዋንጫ ውድድር ተጫውቷል። በክለብ ደረጃ ለስመጥሩ ክለብ ቅዱስ ጊዮርጊስ ክለብ 9 ቁጥር በመልበስ ለረጅም ጊዜ ተጫውቷል። በዚህም ለረጅም ጊዜ ሲጫወት በክለብ እና ብሔራዊ ቡድን ከነጸረ ወልደ ሥላሴ፣ መንግስቱ ወርቁ፣ ኢታሎ ቫሳሎ፣ ሉቻኖ ቫሳሎ፣ ሸዋንግዛው አጎናፍር እና አዋድ አህመድ ጋር ተጫውቷል። በሜዳ ውስጥ በሚያሳየው ጥበብ ኳስ ጥበቡ ተብሎ በአድናቂዎቹ ስሙ በክብር ይጠራል። ፍስሃ አሜሪካ ከመጣ በኋላ ሎሳ አንጀለስ አዝቴክስ ለሚባል ፕሮፌሽናል ክለብ ከማንቼስተር ዩናይትድ ተጫዋች ጆርጅ ቤስ ጋር ተጫውቷል።
ፍስሃ ወልደ አማኑኤል በ1976 ዓ.ም. የሰሜን አሜሪካን እግር ኳስ ፌዴሬሽን እንዲቋቋም ትልቅ እገዛ ከማድረግም የመጀመሪያው ሊቀመንበር ሆኖ አገልግሏል።
ፍስሃ ወልደ አማኑኤል ውልደቱ ሐረር ሲሆን በልጅነቱ ቤተሰቦቹ ወደ አዲስ አበብ በስራ ዝውውር ሲመጡ እሱም አብሮ መጣ። ፍስሃ ትምህርቱን ሐረር ራስ መኮንን ት.ቤት ጀምሮ አዲስ አበባ ሲመጣ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርቱን ዳግማዊ ሚኒሊክ ት.ቤት ጨርሷል። የእግር ኳስ ሕይወቱ የጀመረው ክቡር ዘበኛ ሲሆን ክለቡ ሲፈርስ ቅዱስ ጊዮርጊስ ገብቶ አሜሪካን እስከመጣበት ጊዜ ድረስ ተጫውቷል።
አጋርን ስመሰረት መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ ዘርን፣ ጎሳን፣ ጾታን፣ ሃይኖትን ሳይለይ ወላጅ አጥና ከችግረኛ ቤተሰብ የመጡትን ለመርዳት የተቋቋመ ድርጅት ነው። አጋር በአሁኑ ጊዜ ወደ 200 ልጆችን ሲረዳ ስለሳ በመቶ የሚሆኑት ሴቶች አርባ በመቶዎቹ ወንዶች ናችው።
Good work is the bread of life, says Feseha Wolde Amanuel, former Ethiopian national football player and founder of Agar Charity. Feseha lives in America, outside the city of Los Angeles, California in Carson.
In football (soccer), Feseha played for Ethiopian national team in the 5th , 6th and 7th Africa Cup of Nations. At the club level, he played for the well known Saint Giorgis club wearing number 9 for a long time. Thus, while playing for a long time, he played with Nesere Wolde Selassie, Mengstu Worku, Italo Vassalo, Luciano Vassalo, Shewangezaw Agonafer and Awad Ahmed in the club and national team. He is called kuas fidelu with honor by his fans as his skill in the field. After coming to America, Feseha played for a professional club Los Angeles Aztecs with Manchester United player George Bass.
Fisha Wolde Emmanuel in 1976. He was instrumental in establishing the North American Soccer Federation and served as its first chairman.
Fisha Wolde Emmanuel was born in Harar and when he was a child, his family came to Addis Abeb for a job transfer. Feseha started his education at Harar Ras Mekonnen School, later when he came to Addis Ababa he finished his high school education at Dagmawi Minilik High School. He started his football life in royal guard and when the club was disbanded he joined St. George’s and played until he came to America.
He founded Agar as a non-governmental, non-profit organization established to help orphans and those from poor families regardless of race, tribe, gender, or creed. Agar currently supports about 200 children, sixty percent of whom are women and forty percent of whom are men.
