የአጋር አመሰራረት
አጋር ለኢትዮጵያ ወጣቶች ማህበር መንገስታዊ ያልሆነ በተርፍ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ ማህበር ነው። አጋር ከ1992 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ያልተቆጠበ ጥረት በማድረግ በአሁኑ ወቅት ወደ 200 የሚሆኑ ልጆችን በትምህርት፣ በጤና፣ በአልባሰት እና በምግብ እየደገፈ ይገኛል። አጋር በአዲስ አበባ፣ በቃሊቲ እና አቃቂ ክፍለ ከተሞች ልዩ ፕሮጀክቶች ሰርቷል። በአጋር ከሚደገፉ ልጆች መካከል ለቁምነገር የበቁ ልጆች የአጋር እና የቤተሰቦቻቸው ኩራት ሆነዋል። ለአጋር የተዘረጉ እጆችም የበለጠ ስለ አጋር ልጆች እንዲያስቡ እንዲደግፉ ተነሳስተዋል።
አጋር ለኢትዮጵያ ወጣቶች ማህበር ዘርን፣ ጎሳን፣ ጾታን፣ ሃይማኖትን ሰይለይ ወላጅ አጥና ከችግረኛ ቤተሰብ የመጡትን ለመርዳት የተቋቋመ ድርጅት ነው። አጋር አላማውን እውን ለማድረግ የገቢ ምንጭ የሆኑት ከአባላት ዐመታዊ መዋጯ እና አልፎ አልፎ የሚያደርገው የገቢ ማሰባሰቢያ ዝግጆች ነው።
የማህበሩ መስራች አቶ ፍስሃ ወልደ አማኑኤል በቅዱስ ጊዩርጊስ እስፖርት ክለብ እና ለብሄርያዊ ቡድን ለረጅም ጊዜ እግር ኳስ የትጫወተ ነው።
አጋር ከአመሰራረቱ ጀምሮ ወላጅ አልባ ለሆኑ ህጻናት እጣ ፈንታ ላይ ፍላጎት ነበረው።
ከ 1992 ዐ.ም. ጀምሮ በአዲስ አበባ ውስጥ በከፍተኛ ድህነት በተጎዱ ማህበረሰቦች ውስጥ እየሰራን እንገኛለን። አጋር ህጻናትን እና ወጣቶችን በመደገፍ፣ በተቸገሩ ማህበረሰቦች ውስጥ የሚያድጉትን የወደፊት ህይወት ለመጠበቅ እየረዳን ነው ብለን እናምናለን። በጤና፣ በትምህርት እና በስፖርት ላይ ባተኮሩ ፕሮግራሞች እና ፕሮጀክቶች ልጆቻችን እና ቤተሰባችን ልብሶች፣ ጫማዎች እና የትምህርት ቁሳቁሶች እንዲኖራቸው እንረዳቸዋለን። በተጨማሪም ጥቂት ወላጅ አልባ ልጆቻችን ተጨማሪ የምግብ እና የህክምና እርዳታ ይፈልጋሉ።
የአጋር ኢትዮጵያ ወጣቶች ማህበር። አጋር የቤተሰብ ነው። ማህበረሰባችንን ለመርዳት ይቀላቀሉን።
አጋር ለኢትዮጵያ ወጣቶች ማኅበር (አጋር) በድህነት ውስጥ ያሉትን የማህበረሰባችን አባላት መርዳት እና ማስፋፋቱን ቀጥሏል። ከ1992 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ በአዲስ አበባ ጉለሌ ክፍለ ከተማ ጠንክረን እየሰራን ነው። ይህ ሁሉ ሊሆን የቻለው በዓለም ዙሪያ ያሉ ግለሰቦች፣ የሀገር ውስጥ ድርጅቶች እና በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ አባላት በመኖራቸው ነው። ታማኝ የሆኑ የቢሮ ሰራተኞች እና ቁርጠኛ የበጎ ፈቃደኞች ቡድን እና የቀድሞ የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ አጋር ለኤጋር ቤተሰብ ጠቃሚ የሆኑ ፕሮግራሞችን እና አገልግሎቶችን መስጠቱን ይቀጥላል።
ቀጣይ ግባችን የተጠቃሚዎችን ቁጥራችንን እና አገልግሎቶቻችንን በማሳደግ አመታዊ አካዳሚያዊ፣ጤና እና የስፖርት ፕሮግራሞቻችንን ማስቀጠል ነው። የተረጂዎችን ቁጥር፣ የምንሰጣቸውን አገልግሎቶች እና ደጋፊዎችን በምናሰፋበት ወቅት ድርጅቱን መደገፉን በሚቀጥሉ ደጋፊዎች ምክንያት AGAR ከመቼውም ጊዜ በበለጠ ጠንካራ ሆኗል። ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ የድጋፍ ምንጮችን ቁጥር ለመጨመር አዳዲስ የገንዘብ ማሰባሰቢያ ውጥኖችን ተግባራዊ እናደርጋለን
ለአጋር ቤተሰብን እና ማህበረሰቡን ማገልገል ትልቅ ክብር ነው።
Agar History
Agar is a non-governmental and a non-profit association for the Ethiopian Youth Association. Since 2000, Agar has been making every efforts and currently supports over 200 children with education, health, clothing and food. Agar has worked on special projects in Addis Ababa, Kaliti and Aqaki sub-cities. Among Agar supported children, some have become a source of pride for Agar and their families. Outstretched Hands for previous Agar children has encouraged to support newly admitted Agar’s children.
Agar to Ethiopian Youth Association is an organization established to help orphans and those from poor families regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion. Agar collects annual contributions from supporters and occasional fundraising events to meet its objectives.
The founder of the association, Ato Fsha Wolde Emanuel, played football/ soccer for St. George Sports Club and the national team for a long time.
Agar from its inception has been interested in the fate of orphans.
Since 2000, we have been operating in Addis Ababa, working in communities affected by extreme impoverishment. It truly does take “a village to raise a child!”. We believe by supporting children and youth, we are helping to secure a future for those who grow up in disadvantaged communities. Through health, education and sport focused programs and projects, we assist our children and family to insure they have clothes, shoes and school materials; in addition, a few of our orphaned children require additional food and medical assistance.

Agar for Ethiopian Youth Association (AGAR) continues to grow and expand helping the most impoverished members of our community. Since 2000 we have been working hard in the Gulele Sub-City of Addis Ababa. This was all possible due to dedicated individual contributors across the world, local organizations and registered members in Ethiopia. Devoted office staff and dedicated volunteer team and veteran board of directors continue to ensure AGAR is able to continue providing the programs and services that are valuable to the AGAR family.
Our ongoing goal is to continue our annual academic, health and sport programs while keeping our overhead low as we increase our beneficiary numbers and services. AGAR is stronger than ever because of supporters who continue to support the organization as we expand beneficiary numbers, services we provide and supporters. From time to time, we have implementing new fundraising initiatives to increase the number of support sources
